I go back to work this Thursday and I’m not ready but I gotta do what I have to do. Thankfully in a few hours it will be my 12 weeks pumping and I get to cut down to two overnight pumps which means eliminating my 3am pump. My body is so use to getting up, I don’t know how I’m going to act not having to get up at 3 in the morning to pump. However, I’m excited that this will be my last 3am pump in a few hours. I’m grateful for the consistency. I’m not a oversupplier yet but my baby is on 100% breast milk and I’m grateful for that. I don’t know what’s going to happen to my milk losing that 3am pump, but all I can do is trust God, that He will continue to bless my body to produce the milk to keep up with the development and growth of my baby. Good luck tomorrow!! I went back to work July 15th and I have found that being consistent with my pumping schedule is so much easier at work than home!! It was hard leaving my babies, but they're well taken care of and momma gets a "break"/ human contact!!
