Overnight Pump Challenge group set up to pump overnight during the challenge.
If you are before 12 weeks then you will pump every 3 hours for 30 minutes which will be 3 pumps between 10PM to 6AM.
If you are after 12 weeks then you will pump twice overnight from 10PM to 6AM.
