Pump with Purpose Consults are offered from the comfort of your home from anywhere in the world. You will consult with our team of Breast Pumping Experts™ that specialize in breast pumping. We just ask that you have internet connection and a valid credit card for your file. To secure your appointment, we request that you complete intake paperwork as soon as possible. A Premier Pumping Plan™ that outlines any specific personalized recommendations for you will be sent after the consult.

Payments & Insurance
Pump with Purpose® accepts credit cards, debit cards, most Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. Payment is due prior to service at the time of intake. We can provide a Superbill (upon request) and offers electronic insurance claim reimbursement services with any private health insurance company in the United States that you can use to seek insurance reimbursement after appointment. Client is responsible for verifying insurance coverage prior to booking:

CPT code S9443 and DX code Z39.1 if postpartum and DX code Z34.80 if pregnant for lactation care

CPT code T1032 and DX code V24.2 for postpartum doula care
